Terms & Conditions of Course Access
By unlocking or accessing this course, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
- Personal & non-transferable access. The access code, course link and all credentials issued to you are personal and may not be shared. Unauthorized sharing — including forwarding codes, links, screen recordings, screenshots, printed copies or account credentials — is strictly prohibited.
- Monitoring. Eduvate Learning monitors access patterns, device fingerprints and usage analytics to detect unauthorized sharing, redistribution or abnormal access.
- Consequences of unauthorized sharing. If any learner is found to have shared access codes or course materials without authorization, Eduvate Learning reserves the right to immediately terminate access and forfeit any monthly fee, subscription payment or other charges without refund.
- Copyright & intellectual property. All course content — including videos, text, quizzes, assessments, graphics and certificates — is the exclusive property of Eduvate Learning and is protected by copyright. Any attempt to copy, download, record, screenshot, print, distribute, republish, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise reproduce course materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.
- Technical protections. This portal employs technical measures to deter copying, screen capture, printing, right-click saving and redistribution. Attempting to bypass these protections is a material breach of these terms.
- Enforcement. Violations may result in immediate suspension, permanent ban, legal action and recovery of damages.
